Empower Yourself: Taking Control of Your Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to sense, understand, and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration, effectiveness, and productivity. During this session, we explored the four domains of Emotional Intelligence and discussed the way EI impacts motivation and social empathy.
This engaging and interactive conversation was facilitated by Bennetta Raby, CIO Executive Council Coach and Consultant, who led participants through a mindfulness exercise and explained the critical importance of a strategic execution of emotional intelligence. Participants benefitted from the sharing of tactics and takeaways they can incorporate moving forward.
