Navigating Office Politics: Women in IT Leadership Session

Women in IT Leadership Session – Navigating Office Politics:

Office politics are a fact of life for most corporate employees. Don’t pretend they don’t exist! Instead of shrinking away from the idea of getting involved in these complex relationships, learn how to look at these dynamics in a different way. Increase your insight, awareness and observational skills on maneuvering through and taking control of the political aspects of work life.

This session is designed to introduce you to the larger environment in which business is conducted. During this session you will learn to:

  • Approach the workplace with more insight
  • Assess your image – Outside & Inside and why it matters
  • Have a good 360 awareness of how you are “perceived”

This first session for the program will be led by Barbara Cooper, an Executive Coach for the Women in IT Leadership Program.
