Christopher Goodhue, Vice President, is responsible for the advancement of IDC’s offerings for CIOs, IT Executives, and Line of Business leaders. As an evangelist for the role of the CIO as business leader, his work involves being a thought partner to IDC’s research organization on the CIO agenda and a resource to the CIO community on strategies for the C-suite in the Future Enterprise.

Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Goodhue spent over two decades developing and delivering some of the IT industry’s highest-value research, advisory services, and C-level community programs. Specialties/expertise include CIO/CTO mission critical priorities, large-enterprise computing trends and best practices in cloud, agility, automation, architecture, AI, and digital transformation. Former positions included SVP of Research at AMR Research; Managing Vice President, Gartner Executive Programs; VP & Program Director, Gartner Research Board.
