As Group Vice President Client Experience/Operations for the CIO Executive Council (CEC), Kathryn Marston oversees the team that manages the CEC member acquisition as well as the team that provides strategic support and extensive high-level services to senior IT executives. Through this consultative approach her team elevates the membership experience and client subscription renewals. Kathryn has an extensive track record of delivering superb client relationship experiences to global clients. Prior to joining the CEC, Kathryn was a sales leader for IDG Brokerage Services where she supported direct marketing strategies and maximized value and ROI for a variety of clients. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regis College with a concentration in Biochemistry.
