Ryan Patterson is Group Vice President, Global Customer Success. Mr. Patterson manages a best in class team of highly skilled Customer Success Managers supporting Fortune 1000 IT buyer relationships, cited by clients as a top differentiator for IDC. In addition, Mr. Patterson owns IDC’s Voice of the Customer Program building services, programs, dashboards, and practices that leverage both people and automation to support a wide variety of customers and internal executives. This role is ultimately responsible for empowering CX transformation across the organization by delivering world class customer experiences driving engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction across a large base of technology customers.

BACKGROUND
Previously, Ryan co-founded and managed IDC’s Private Vendor Watch Service (PVWS), with over 10 years of experience supporting technology professionals and Wall Street clients. Prior to this, Mr. Patterson held positions at T-Mobile, IBM/Lotus, and Fidelity.
